The Rabbit Hotel
The Rabbit Hotel is on the outskirts of Maidstone. It is exclusively for Rabbits, offering comfortable and secure accommodation in our outbuilding whilst their owners are away.
We offer hutches with roomy living areas and cosy sleeping spaces for a happy stay.
Whilst with us your rabbit will enjoy peace and quiet during the day and night but will also receive one to one attention and loving care.
Rabbits can be handled and groomed at your request.
Hutches are kept beautifully clean, in a secure condition, offering good quality bedding that is regularly refreshed during their stay.
We can include your preference of food, bedding and additional snacks; even some fresh food as part of their normal diet or simply as a treat!
There is also an exercise pen for rabbits that might like more of a leg stretch/hop about during their stay (no extra charge).
A dedicated outside space is also provided weather permitting if required.

Opening Times
Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm (including Bank Holidays)
Saturday 12pm - 4.30pm
Sunday - Not open for pick-ups or drop off
Booking
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your space in our diary.
Client agreement/vet details must be completed prior to bookings.
Weekend bookings available (Minimum stay 2 nights)
AM/PM Pick up and drop off times offered.
Advance booking is encouraged for peak season/School holidays.
Payment to be taken in full prior to dropping off your rabbit.
Vaccinations must be up to date for the protection of your rabbit and others at our hotel.

Vaccinations are required at least 3 weeks prior to boarding.
If your rabbit becomes ill during their stay, we will inform you as soon as possible and consult your vet/emergency contact. Cost of any treatment will need to be paid by you directly to the vet.
IN THE INTEREST OF OTHER GUESTS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY RABBIT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD WITH US THAT ARE UNDER MEDICATION OR SHOWING SIGNS OF ILLNESS.
About Us
I grew up with dogs and cats and cared for animals since my early childhood and am an experienced pet lover.
I have owned smaller animals such as hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits. In more recent years I have fully appreciated how much the company of animals enriches my own family life and that of others.
I also realised that when you try to take a break or plan a holiday; having a pet can often mean a struggle. Finding the right person, calling in a favour or placing them with someone you totally trust isn’t an easy decision.
Travelling with a pet can be difficult, there may be your panic at missing that flight? then the stress of the drop off itself? When all that is done; you may find yourself constantly wondering if they feel happy? Every owner is different, but I can relate to some of these experiences.
As a pet loving family, not wishing to drive too far for animal care we were driven by the desire to offer reasonable rates and a secure environment for Rabbits! The rest is history…
We decided to create The Rabbit Hotel, offering a revolutionary approach to pet care, such as a fuller ‘all inclusive’ service and regular contact with owners to offer peace of mind and a care-free feeling for both owners AND their rabbits whilst away.
